Job Summary
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand. Place clean items in designated storage areas and maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition. Sweep and mop floors, empty trash, and ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and food safety guidelines. Assist with unloading and storing deliveries and perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the culinary team or supervisor.
