Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness of dishes and kitchen areas by washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans, either by machine or by hand; place clean items in designated storage; keep work areas clean and sanitary; sweep/mop floors and manage trash; support unloading and storing deliveries; assist culinary team with duties as assigned, ensuring compliance with sanitation and food safety standards; strong teamwork, communication, and stamina are required for a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding kitchen environment
- Basic knowledge of sanitation regulations and food safety standards
- Team player attitude with effective communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent may be preferred
