Job Summary
Dishwasher supports a fast-paced kitchen by collecting and organizing dishes, loading and unloading dishwashing equipment, sanitizing and storing items per health standards, and maintaining a clean and organized dish area. You’ll assist the culinary team to ensure clean equipment is available during service, participate in general kitchen cleaning, and contribute to a safe, efficient work environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. This position offers opportunities for growth within a high-volume restaurant environment.
