Job Summary
Collect, sort, and wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment while operating dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dish area, properly stack and store cleaned items, and assist with kitchen cleanliness to support the culinary team during busy service periods. Learn basic pastry and kitchen techniques alongside experienced professionals. Available to work flexible hours including mornings, weekends, and holidays; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
