Dishwasher

Dishwasher needed at The Mexicano to support a fast-paced kitchen. Responsibilities include collecting, sorting, and washing dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment; operating dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently; maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary dish area; assisting with general kitchen cleanliness; stacking and storing cleaned items; helping keep the kitchen running smoothly during busy service periods; and learning basic pastry and kitchen techniques while working with experienced team members. Candidates should be hardworking, reliable, team-oriented, enthusiastic, able to work under pressure, and available for flexible hours including mornings, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with prior back-of-house experience helpful but not required.
