Job Summary
Wash, clean, and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils while maintaining cleanliness of surfaces, sinks, and workstations. Ensure proper storage of cleaned items, dispose of waste according to hygiene guidelines, and assist with basic prep tasks like peeling vegetables. Organize kitchen supplies, monitor stock levels, and report shortages to supervisors. Follow all safety, hygiene, and food handling procedures while working closely with kitchen and service staff under the direction of the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor. Willing to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff in Mandarin or English
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand for long hours and lift moderate to heavy weights
- Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene
