Maintain the flow of all restaurant washables and ensure everything is cleaned properly for preparing and serving food to guests. Keep all station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces clean and sanitized at all times. Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while following direction from others.
