Dishwasher

Operate an industrial dishwasher, washing dishes and glassware by hand when necessary, while unloading and storing items in appropriate locations. Carry out basic cleaning tasks around the premises, including emptying trash cans, cleaning drink machines, and addressing spills and broken glass immediately. Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards, and assist cooks and servers as needed, especially during peak hours. Answer, report, and follow the Manager's instructions while maintaining a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers. Weekend availability is required.
