Job Summary
Dishwasher at The Residence at Great Woods in Norton, MA. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe kitchen; washing and storing dishes and equipment; keeping floors clean; assisting with food orders and storage; aiding chefs and servers; helping with events, banquets, and special meals; adhering to cleaning schedules and food safety standards; communicating resident likes/dislikes to the food service director for menu planning and resident satisfaction; providing high level customer service in a restaurant-style dining atmosphere. Qualifications include less than a high school education; strong organization and time-management skills; ability to resolve issues with dissatisfied customers or staff; ability to build positive relationships with residents and coworkers; ability to manage multiple tasks; dexterity to handle instruments and equipment; ability to lift 15 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Less than High School education

- Able to handle multiple jobs and priorities
- Finger and hand dexterity to handle and manipulate instruments and equipment
- Must be able to lift a minimum of fifteen (15) lbs., and be able to carry objects
- Must be able to push and pull carts, and continuously walk, sit and stand
