Job Summary
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans while maintaining cleanliness in dishwashing areas, kitchen stations, and storage spaces. Operate dishwashing machines, ensure proper chemical stocking, and assist with trash removal, recycling, and waste disposal. Keep floors, drains, and workstations clean and free of hazards, ensuring all tools are stored safely. Follow health department sanitation requirements and safety guidelines while collaborating with the BOH team to support smooth service. Execute tasks assigned by Chefs and Kitchen Leadership with professionalism. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays; previous kitchen support experience preferred.

- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
