Job Summary
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently while maintaining cleanliness in dishwashing areas, kitchen stations, and storage spaces. Operate dishwashing machines, ensure proper chemical stocking, and assist with trash removal and recycling. Keep floors, drains, and workstations clean and free of hazards, ensuring all tools are stored and ready for use. Collaborate with the BOH team to support service operations, follow health department sanitation requirements, and execute tasks assigned by chefs. Perform basic prep work and food handling as needed. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
