Job Summary
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and organization in dishwashing areas, kitchen stations, and storage spaces. Operate dishwashing machines, ensure proper chemical stocking, and assist with trash removal and recycling. Keep kitchen floors, drains, and workstations clean and free of hazards, ensuring all tools are stored correctly and safety guidelines are followed. Collaborate with the BOH team, execute tasks assigned by leadership, and support basic prep work as needed. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays; previous dishwasher experience preferred.

- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
