Job Summary
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently while maintaining cleanliness in dishwashing areas, kitchen stations, and storage spaces. Operate dishwashing machines, manage trash and recycling, and keep floors, drains, and workstations free of hazards. Ensure all equipment is properly stored and ready for use, collaborating with the BOH team to support smooth service operations. Follow health department sanitation requirements and safety guidelines. Assist with basic prep work and food handling as needed while executing tasks assigned by Chefs and Kitchen Leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a kitchen support role
