Job Summary
Dishwasher at Benihana responsible for washing and sanitizing dishes, maintaining cleanliness and organization in dishwashing areas, operating dishwashing machines, assisting with waste disposal, keeping kitchen floors and workstations clean, and supporting the BOH team to ensure smooth dining operations. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs; available to work nights, weekends, and holidays; emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to sanitation and safety guidelines.
