Job Summary
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and organization in dishwashing areas, kitchen stations, and storage spaces. Operate dishwashing machines with proper chemicals, remove trash and recycling, and keep kitchen floors, drains, and workstations clean and hazard-free. Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are properly stored, follow health department sanitation requirements, and assist with basic prep work and food handling as needed. Collaborate with the BOH team to keep service running smoothly and execute tasks assigned by Chefs and Kitchen Leadership with professionalism. Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift to 50 lbs, and work nights, weekends, and holidays.
