Dishwasher

Dishwasher at Benihana responsible for washing and sanitizing dishes, maintaining cleanliness and organization in dishwashing areas, operating dishwashing machines with proper chemicals, assisting with trash/recycling and waste disposal, keeping floors, drains, and workstations clean, storing tools and equipment, and collaborating with the BOH team to maintain smooth kitchen operations. Must follow health department sanitation requirements and safety guidelines, assist with basic prep and food handling as needed, and complete tasks with professionalism and enthusiasm as directed by Chefs and Kitchen Leadership. Ideal candidates may have prior dishwasher or kitchen-support experience, must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs, and should be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
