Job Summary
Dishwasher responsible for organization, cleanliness, sanitation & maintenance of the dishes and glassware, dish area, and related machinery per Health Department regulations and restaurant standards; wash, sanitize, and organize small wares, dishes, glasses, silverware, and cooking supplies; maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dish area; restock supplies and assist with opening/closing, prep, and other BOH duties; communicate with Chef/Manager about kitchen issues; support team and promote teamwork; able to work evenings/weekends/holidays; minimum age 18; on-site at The Kitchen Bistro in Boulder, CO.
