Job Summary
Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently to wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Sort and stack clean dishes in designated areas while maintaining cleanliness in the dishwashing zone, including floors, walls, and countertops. Empty trash receptacles regularly and follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling policies to prevent cross-contamination. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflows. This role requires physical stamina to stand and lift heavy objects, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
