Dishwasher

Provide impeccably clean, sanitized, and spotless service ware and cooking utensils to support the culinary and service teams. Utilize dishwashing or pot machines to thoroughly clean soiled dishware, then store ware in designated areas promptly. Maintain impeccable cleanliness and functionality of dishwashing equipment, storage, and work areas while monitoring cleaning supplies levels for timely reordering. Ensure guest and team safety by prioritizing cleanliness and hygiene throughout the shift. This role requires a high school diploma, Food Handlers Certification, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and operate in extreme temperatures. Hotel experience is preferred.
