Job Summary
Ensure all dishes, utensils, and cook supplies are properly cleaned while maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness and stocking supplies. Operate dish machines following instructions to wash carts, trays, and place clean items in designated storage areas. Maintain washing zones per sanitation and safety procedures, recording daily temperatures in logbooks. Deliver and retrieve resident meal carts, buss, and clean tables as required. This role requires a Food Handler's Certificate and weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to work weekends
- Food Handler's Certificate or able to obtain within 14 days of hire
- Ability to pass DSHS background check, required
