Job Summary
Load dirty dishes from bussers into the dishwasher, prerinse tableware, and unload clean items for storage. Sweep and mop floors, monitor cleaning supply levels, and follow all health and safety guidelines. Perform general cleaning tasks as assigned by the restaurant manager and participate in team meetings. This role requires a hardworking, reliable candidate with a positive attitude and attention to detail, capable of standing for long periods and bending repeatedly. Flexible scheduling and free food & snacks are available.
