Job Summary
Dishwasher needed at Country Club of Spartanburg to support culinary and food & beverage operations. Responsibilities include washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans; properly storing cleaned items; maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dish areas; sweeping/mopping floors; managing trash and debris; inspecting for misplaced silverware; cleaning equipment, shelves, walk-ins, and storage areas; assisting with cleaning schedules and maintenance tasks; helping receive and store deliveries; maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals; safely using cleaning chemicals and following safety procedures; supporting food service operations during busy periods; following food safety and hygiene standards; attending departmental meetings and completing additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred, but not required
- Food safety certification preferred or ability to obtain
