Organize clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately. Maintain a safe, sanitary, and clean work environment at all times. Work with the team to ensure dishware is available and ready for plating. Communicate clearly, calmly, and often. As part of the Back of House Team at The Brew Crew, you will exhibit cooking skills while learning every part of back-of-house operations to support growth opportunities. Safety and cleanliness are cornerstones of our food program, and we expect each team member to take good care of themselves, their fellow crew members, and our guests.
