Organize clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately while maintaining a safe, sanitary, and clean work environment at all times. Work with the team to ensure dishware is available and ready for plating, communicating clearly, calmly, and often throughout shifts. Back of House Team members rotate through stations to learn every part of operations, fostering a supportive culture where everyone exhibits cooking skills and learns continuously.
