Organize clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately while maintaining a safe, sanitary, and clean work environment at all times. Work with the team to ensure dishware is available and ready for plating, communicating clearly, calmly, and often. Back of House Team members learn every part of our operations to support each other and ensure readiness for growth opportunities within the Brew Crew.
