Job Summary
Dishwashing role responsible for providing guests and team members with clean utensils, plateware, glassware and equipment to Ecosure standards. Duties include sanitizing dishes and cookware, maintaining dish machine and service area cleanliness, completing assigned prep work, troubleshooting dishwasher malfunctions, and communicating issues to supervision. The role emphasizes a strong guest-focused attitude, teamwork, reliability, and adherence to sanitation procedures; candidates must be able to lift heavy items, bend, stoop, and work in a hot, damp environment to support a fast-paced kitchen.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to perform multiple tasks while maintaining required standards of operation
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. up to 20 times per shift
- Must be able to work in hot and damp environment
- Must be able to communicate clearly
- Must be able to hear in loud environment
