Job Summary
Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots; restock dishes in front and back of house; and assist with cleaning other restaurant areas as requested. Perform light cooking and prepping duties while handling all food, storage, and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and federal, state, and local regulatory standards. Work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs, lifting trays up to 30 lbs and standing for long periods in a hot environment. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of work experience
- preferably in a high-volume restaurant
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- A warm, authentic, helpful, and efficient nature
- Excellent communication

- Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs
- Must be able to lift trays of food or food items weighing up to 30 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis
- Some bending/kneeling/stooping required
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work in a hot environment
