Job Summary
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dish machines or by hand, while maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition. Place clean items in storage, receive and organize product from vendors, sort trash, and clean the walk-in cooler. Requires knowledge of standard cleaning methods and ability to exert continuous physical effort including lifting. Previous dishwashing experience preferred. Part-time position at Taylor University with competitive compensation, health benefits, and free meals during shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of, or ability to learn, standard cleaning methods and equipment used in dishwashing work
- Ability to exert continuous physical effort including frequent bending, walking and lifting
