Job Summary
Dishwasher position in Sunshine Village's alpine kitchen supporting guests with a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen surfaces; loading and operating the dishwasher; ensuring proper chemical levels and logs; assisting with daily and weekly cleaning tasks such as grease traps and equipment cleaning; and collaborating with Back of House supervisors to maintain sanitation and organization in a high-altitude kitchen. Emphasis on safety, health regulations, teamwork, time management, and a physically demanding role in an indoor-but-alpine setting.
