Job Summary
Dishwashers produce, sanitize, and store pots, pans, and dishes to support high-volume dining operations; maintain clean dish stations, assist in basic food preparation during busy periods, and help with bussing and trash removal. Must follow health department guidelines, learn chemical handling and SDS procedures, and adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure environments while maintaining a professional appearance. Requires ability to lift 50+ pounds, stand for long periods, and work a flexible schedule; entry-level position with room to grow within the kitchen team.
