Job Summary
As a Dishwasher at Lone Mountain Ranch, you’ll operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize wares, keep the dishwashing area organized and safe, assist with basic food prep and stocking deliveries, restock stations, report equipment issues, and follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in a fast-paced kitchen. This seasonal, temporary role (less than 12 months) supports cooks, servers, and bartenders, with duties that include cleaning pottery, glassware, utensils, pots and pans, maintaining cleanliness of the dish area, and adapting to busy periods. Must be available for flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays in Big Sky, MT.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or similar role is preferred but not required.
