Job Summary
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, adhere to health and safety standards, and ensure clean dishes are properly stored and ready for use. Assist in cleaning and maintaining kitchen areas, including floors and equipment, and support kitchen staff with basic prep tasks as needed. Track inventory levels for cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low. Remove trash and ensure the kitchen and dining areas are free of debris. Performs other duties as assigned to support kitchen and restaurant operations.
