Job Summary
Operate industrial dishwashers and hand-polish plates, glasses, bowls, and silverware to ensure perfect cleanliness before reuse. Clean kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils while performing minor food preparation and maintaining storage zones. Operate commercial appliances including stoves, grills, freezers, and ovens. Maintain health and safety standards, adhere to the Service Commitment, and execute all assigned duties in a fast-paced environment. Requires ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for full shifts, and perform repetitive manual labor.

- Must be able to stand for the entirety of shift while reaching, bending and stooping
- Must be able to work on site due to daily needs of the job requirements
- Must be able to handle manual labor via whisking, chopping, piping, and repetitive hand movements
- Must be able to handle manual labor involved with standard kitchen operations
- Have a clean and professional appearance at all times by wearing appropriate dress, covering tattoos and maintaining facial hair
- Requires the safe use of commercial dishwashers, glass washers, basic culinary tools and commercial cutlery
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
