Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen, dumpster, and employee areas. Operate dish machines, three-compartment sinks, and garbage disposers; clean floors and workspaces to prevent slip hazards. Empty trash cans, remove boxes, and assist cooks with food preparation and buffet setup. Monitor chemical dispensing systems and notify supervisors of malfunctions or supply shortages. Perform duties as assigned, including theme decoration setup and break-down.
