Dishwasher/Steward

Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans while maintaining sanitation in kitchen, dumpster, and employee areas. Operate dish machines, three-compartment sinks, and garbage disposers; clean floors and equipment to prevent slip hazards. Empty trash and remove boxes from storage, ensuring proper recycling supervision. Assist cooks in food preparation, set up buffet tables and theme decorations, and manage chemical dispensing systems. Notify supervisors of equipment malfunctions or supply shortages. Perform duties as needed to support Food & Beverage operations.
