Job Summary
Operate dishwasher to properly clean all dishes and cooking utensils used in the kitchen and restaurant. Scrub pots, wash dishware, and sort and store clean china, glass, and silver using proper procedures. Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the dish room, kitchen aisle, and dock area while emptying trashcans and cleaning dumpsters. Perform general kitchen cleaning duties including mopping floors, removing trash, and putting away food stock by rotating first in, first out. Adhere to health department standards and perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
