Job Summary
Clean, transport, and store all china, glassware, and silverware while maintaining sanitation in the dishroom, kitchen aisle, and dock area. Break down trays, set up and clean dish machines, wash dishware, and sort clean items using proper procedures. Empty trashcans, wash interiors and exteriors, and thoroughly clean the dock area and dumpsters. Clean all breakdown tables, tile walls, and baseboards.
