Job Summary
Buss tables, wash dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, then reset dining areas. Prepare kitchens and cook stations for the next shift by cleaning and restocking. Clean kitchen appliances, unload deliveries, sweep and mop floors, and empty trash cans. Report kitchen accidents or food safety violations. Maintain cleanliness of china, glass, and silver storage while assisting kitchen staff with equipment and work area sanitation. Ensure proper food storage and rotation. Work full-time with daily pay eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
