Job Summary
Buss tables, wash dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, then reset dining areas and prepare stations for the next shift. Clean machines and appliances including coffee makers and mixers, unload deliveries, and sweep or mop floors when items break or spill. Remove trash, rinse garbage cans, and assist other staff with tasks as needed. Report kitchen accidents or food safety code violations immediately. Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of china, glass, and silver while ensuring highest sanitation standards. Work in a Doubletree Hotel near the airport with access to a gym, restaurant, and 24-hour pantry.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
