Job Summary
Buss tables, wash dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, then reset dining areas. Clean machines, appliances, and cook stations; unload and store deliveries; sweep and mop floors, especially when items break or spill. Take out trash, rinse garbage cans, and assist other staff with tasks as needed. Report kitchen accidents or food safety code violations. Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of china, glass, and silver while ensuring highest sanitation standards. Prepare dining areas and kitchens for the next shift by cleaning and restocking.
