Job Summary
Bus tables, wash pots, pans, and flatware, then reset dining areas and prepare cook stations for the next shift. Clean kitchen appliances including coffee makers and mixers, unload deliveries, sweep and mop floors, and remove trash. Report kitchen accidents or food safety violations immediately. Maintain proper storage rotation for china, glass, and silver while ensuring sanitation standards. Work in a high-pressure environment supporting other staff as needed. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
