Job Summary
The Dishwasher Steward is responsible for maintaining sanitation and cleanliness of all dish room, kitchen aisle, and dock areas. Key tasks include breaking down trays, setting up dish machines, washing dishware, sorting and storing clean china, glass, and silverware. The role also involves emptying trash, thoroughly cleaning the dock area and dumpster, and breaking down and cleaning the dish machine and breakdown tables. Applicants should possess strong communication skills, a team player attitude, and the physical ability to lift heavy items and work on their feet for extended periods.
