Job Summary
Part-time Dishwasher/Utility Worker at Clayton Oaks Living (Assisted Living with Memory Care). Responsible for loading, running, and unloading the dish machine efficiently; keeping the dish machine clean and reporting issues; washing and storing tableware and kitchenware to ensure adequate clean items for dining and kitchen; cleaning food preparation and production areas; performing general cleaning duties to maintain a clean and sanitary environment; and completing other tasks as assigned by management to support smooth kitchen operations. Requires ability to work in hot, wet, humid, and loud environments, lift up to 60 pounds up to 30 times per shift, and availability on weekends and holidays. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. EO E/M/F/D/V.
Required Qualifications
- Load, run, and unload the dish machine efficiently
- Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical issues
- Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
- Clean food preparation and production areas as required
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Complete other tasks as assigned by management
- Ability to work in hot, wet, humid, and loud environments for extended periods
- Ability to lift, reach, bend, and stoop; work in a standing position for long periods; and safely lift bags, cases, and stacks weighing up to 60 pounds up to 30 times per shift
- Maintain exceptional hygiene and grooming habits
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must be able to work holidays
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
