Job Summary
The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the dish room and dish machine, ensuring a clean and tidy environment, operating dishwashing machines, restocking dishes and utensils, keeping trash areas organized, and assisting with cleaning and sanitation of the kitchen and storage areas. The role requires effective communication with co-workers and the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to carry or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for an entire shift
- Ability to safely move about in all areas of the kitchen
Desired Qualifications
- Prior customer service and/or restaurant experience
- Fluent in English
