Dishwasher

Perform all necessary dish and pot washing and general cleaning duties, including washing, cleaning, and properly storing utensils, chinaware, flatware, glassware, pots, and pans to support dining room and kitchen operations. Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen areas according to established schedules. Maintain the dish room by washing floor mats, draining and cleaning the dishwasher, shining stainless steel, and sweeping and mopping food-service areas. Bus and clear dining room tables throughout meal service, reset service stations, and roll stock silverware. Prepare and package to-go orders and deliver prepared meals to the concierge desk or resident apartments as assigned. Assist the dining and culinary teams with additional cleaning, sanitation, and operational duties.
