Job Summary
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment through proper dish machine use, care, and maintenance. Keep adequate supplies of dishware, glassware, silverware, and utensils available while disposing of kitchen waste and recycling correctly. Perform general cleaning, sanitizing, and minor maintenance tasks including snow and ice removal. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Take direction well, work effectively on a team, and adapt to changes in the fast-paced kitchen setting.
