Job Summary
Operate industrial dishwashing equipment while washing dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and trays. Clean countertops, walls, and floors; segregate and remove trash; empty and rinse garbage containers. Stack clean dishes and transfer equipment to storage. Sweep and mop dining and bathroom floors. Comply with safety policies, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and maintain a professional appearance. Attend required training and meetings.
