Dishwasher Service Assistant

Dishwasher Service Assistant responsible for washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment using commercial dish machines; maintaining a clean, organized, and safe dishwashing area; assisting kitchen staff with basic prep tasks; sweeping and mopping while following sanitation standards; taking out trash and recycling; restocking clean plates and supplies; and adhering to food safety and hygiene guidelines. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to lift up to 40 lbs in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment. Training is provided.
