Job Summary
Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment using commercial dish machines while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe dishwashing area. Sweep, mop, and follow sanitation standards throughout the shift, taking out trash and recycling to ensure overall cleanliness. Restock clean plates, utensils, and supplies for service and assist kitchen staff with basic prep tasks when needed. Adhere to all food safety, health, and hygiene guidelines. Full training provided for this essential back-of-house role supporting daily restaurant operations.
