Job Summary
Scrape, rack, and place soiled dishes in the machine; sort, stack, and store clean dishes while maintaining cleanliness of the dish machine room and dietary areas. Fill, clean, and empty the dish machine, monitoring temperature controls for wash and rinse cycles. Handle cleaning supplies, assist in meal preparation, and support dining room operations as needed. Cooperate with staff and treat all residents and team members with respect. Schedule and specific duties will be discussed during the interview.
Required Qualifications
- Job Knowledge: Ability to operate dish machine, handle cleaning supplies and equipment, sort, stack, and store clean dishes; knowledgeable of sanitary requirements, rules and regulations.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in the dietary department of healthcare facility preferred.
